Yogini’s log, 8.29.2009

by Everyday Yogini on August 29, 2009

At the moment, I will be linking here primarily to what I’m blogging about on my coaching blog.  Not to worry, the topics are all relevant and applicable to Yoginis as well – especially since I am a Yogini, you can bet that shines through.

So without further ado, may I point you to a fun way to create an online vision board (sort of like a visual bucket list)?  I had so much fun creating my online vision board, I can’t say enough about it!  Every time I go and look at it, I get all giggly and happy again.  So really.  Check it out.  I think you will like it.

This week I also wrote a piece about lining up your actions with your deepest values through writing your own precepts.  I have mine posted above my computer and I just don’t know why I didn’t share them before!  I hope you feel inspired to create your own! Please share, if you do!

Also, I have revived, shaken-out, and revamped my gratitude practice and will be getting grateful on Fridays.  I do hope you’ll join me!

Even if you aren’t interested in coaching, per se, my deepest aspiration is that you will find myriad ways to be healthier, happier, and more connected in your life.  I would love to have you as a subscriber to my newsletter, Insights, where I offer subscribers exclusive content.  No spam, ever, Yogini’s promise.  I only send out news once or twice per month, with that exclusive content to help you gain clarity and achieve peace. Once in a while, I will let you know (before anyone else) when I am offering a fun teleclass!  So what do you think?  Want to sign up??

That is all for now. Want something different, something more? Let me know.
