Starting a blog is a unique experience. It’s like whistling in the dark, in many ways… I remember starting my first blog, Everyday Yogini, and feeling like I was writing letters to myself. The first comment I had completely threw me off, “Some stranger is reading my blog??? Whoa.” With Insight Life Design, I feel completely different. My purpose for being here, in this time and this space, is completely clear. Superpowers. Yes, that’s right. Your superpowers, to be precise. Over the course of many transitions and lots of changes, I discovered that I have this uncanny ability to turn things that feel not so great into the best things ever. I discovered that the suffering in my life is caused by none other than my thoughts (and yours are, too! SUCH good news!). I discovered that my absolute passion and purpose is to help others end their own inner war, dissolve the thoughts that cause pain, find the deep meaning in life, and finally, to create and implement the game plan to make those passions into practical reality.
